At Extra Fabulosity, every order is prepared with care to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product preparation, availability, and order volume. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer to ensure proper handling and quality checks.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, courier operations, and other factors outside our control.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that delivery delays may occasionally occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund while the order remains in transit.

Tracking & Dispatch

Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take several days to appear in their system.

Split Shipments

To improve fulfillment efficiency, items within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. Extra Fabulosity cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery management becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, customers must allow sufficient time for carrier investigation before a replacement or resolution can be considered. Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
